Skimguard products are engineered for lasting protection. Our Warranty Against Defects operates in addition to the rights and remedies you possess under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL are not limited by this policy.
Product Category Warranty Duration Products Covered
- Patented RFID Cards 5 Years Global Protect Card, A-Lock.
- Traka Smart-Tracking 2 Years Passport Traka, Travel Traka.
- General Accessories 1 Year Key Guard, Personal Alarm, Passport Sleeve, Travel Pod and all other non-electronic accessories.
What This Warranty Covers:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. A defect is defined as a fault in the product's design, manufacturing, or function that causes it to fail to operate as described.
What Is Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or neglect.
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic damage over time.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme heat, liquids, or corrosive chemicals.
Making a Claim:
Email the So Simple Solutions claims department at info@sosimplesolutions.com.au.
Include your original order number, the product details, a clear description of the fault, and photographic or video evidence where helpful.
If your claim is accepted, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your statutory rights under the ACL and the terms of this warranty. We aim to acknowledge and respond to all warranty enquiries within 5 to 10 business days.
