1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of skimguard.com (the “Site”) and purchases from us. By ordering or using the Site you accept these Terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Orders are for personal or business use — resellers should contact us for trade terms.

3. Ordering & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by sending an order confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for product unavailability, payment issues, suspicious activity, or errors.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices shown include GST where applicable for Australian orders. International orders may show prices excluding local taxes — final price at checkout reflects tax rules.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (if shown). Payment is taken at the time of purchase or according to the chosen provider’s terms.
• Where Afterpay is used, you authorise us to notify the provider of refunds or order cancellations; refunds will be processed to the original payment method or in accordance with the provider’s policy.

5. Promotions & discounts

Promotions are subject to terms. We may end or change offers at any time. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.

8. Risk & title

Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided. Title transfers once we have received full payment.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Skimguard. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

10. Liability & disclaimers

• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the product.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not exclude rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for major failures.

11. ACL & consumer guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to remedies under the ACL (e.g., refund, replacement).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using the Site you agree we can contact you about orders, support and marketing (where you’ve consented).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State/Territory in which Skimguard operates (Australia). Disputes will be subject to the relevant courts.
