Governing Law and Acceptance

By using the Skimguard site, you accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the law of the state of New South Wales, Australia.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the product. These limits do not exclude rights you have under the ACL for major failures.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Orders are for personal or business use — resellers should contact us for trade terms.

Ordering & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by sending an order confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for product unavailability, payment issues, suspicious activity, or errors.

Prices & payment

• Prices shown include GST where applicable for Australian orders. International orders may show prices excluding local taxes — final price at checkout reflects tax rules.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (if shown). Payment is taken at the time of purchase or according to the chosen provider’s terms.
• Where Afterpay is used, you authorise us to notify the provider of refunds or order cancellations; refunds will be processed to the original payment method or in accordance with the provider’s policy.

Promotions are subject to terms. We may end or change offers at any time. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Risk & title
