Dispatch & processing
We aim to dispatch domestic orders quickly and provide clear tracking and shipping information. This policy explains dispatch windows, carriers, and delivery times.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day (stock dependent). Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.
- During promotional periods or peak season, dispatch may take longer.
Carriers & tracking
Domestic orders are sent with trusted carriers (Australia Post/selected couriers). Tracking numbers are provided by email.
Shipping costs & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and shipping options. We may run free shipping promotions — terms may apply (e.g., minimum spend). Promotional shipping rules will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times
- Domestic metro deliveries: typically 1–5 business days after dispatch depending on destination and service selected.
- Regional & remote deliveries: may take longer.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and the carrier first. If still missing, contact our support and we’ll help investigate.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, additional fees may apply to redirect or re-ship the order.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report damaged or lost items to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate with our carrier and assist with claims.
